🍬 K & I Candy Co. – Return & Refund Policy

At K & I Candy Co., your satisfaction is important to us. Because we sell food products, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and the quality of our candy.

❌ Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges on candy once it has been shipped or collected, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• You received the wrong item
• Your order arrived damaged or tampered with
• There is a quality issue with the product

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo/video of the issue
• A short description of the problem

Send this to us via our email or Instagram/DM where you placed your order.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided
• Delays caused by the courier
• Items that have already been opened or consumed (unless faulty)

📦 Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or prepared. Once your order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
